The minors played Mullinavat on Tuesday evening  in the league.  Mullinavat started the better scoring a goal and a point before Martins put over a free by Shane Kinsella.  This settled them and they followed this by a 65.  Martins working hard then got in for a goal which left the sides all square at half time 1-05 each.  Martins got the opening score of the second half and seemed to be in front but Mullinavat replied with points of their own before scoring their second goal.  Martins didn’t give up and got a goal from a long range free by Luke Maher to level things but Mullinavat managed to get a point to win.  Final score St. Martins 2-08 Mullinavat 2-09.
